In business since early 1999, The Appointment Center began its 12th year with more than 1 million scheduled real estate showing appointments.
Our development of a web-based showing management platform allows the listing agent instant access to showings and feedback with complete integration of showing agent and homeowner communications.
We are a real estate appointment scheduling business--not a call center or answering service. Our experienced scheduling representatives understand that there is more to coordinating real estate showings than leaving a message or two and waiting for a yes or no response. Every property is unique; every homeowner is unique; and every showing is neither “standard” nor “easy” to schedule. We are dedicated to working with the homeowner and the showing agent to successfully accomplish confirmed showings, no matter how much effort it takes or how many phone calls are necessary. Our focus is always on the quality of the work we do for our clients because every opportunity for a showing is an opportunity for a sale!
We are located in the upstate of South Carolina and work with agents locally as well as with clients in Delaware, Georgia, Michigan & Pennsylvania. Our platform allows us to work with individual agents as well as entire companies or boards.
